The answer to this question will depend on the terms of your lease. In some instances it is possible to sublet or transfer your lease but in others there are restrictions, so you will need to check your agreement. You may choose either to contact your own professional advisers (lawyers or surveyors) or your property manager at Cadogan who will be happy to provide guidance
It may be possible to make alterations and the terms of your lease will tell you what you can do. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible to let us know what you are proposing so that we can advise you. For further information see consent to alter
