If you need maintenance or repair work we can often help.

Cadogan will be responsible for certain maintenance and repairs to your property and the specifics will depend upon the tenancy you have.
In the first instance it's a good idea to check your tenancy agreement before contacting us. This will provide you with the particular information for your property.

Assured Shorthold Tenants

Please report maintenance and repair issues arising inside of your premises to the Cadogan Lettings Team at ast@cadogan.co.uk

Issues in Common Areas

Please report maintenance and repair issues in shared common areas, such as entrance halls, to Annabel.Watt@cadogan.co.uk

Emergencies

Should an urgent maintenance problem arise presenting a threat to people or property, outside the normal Cadogan working hours, please contact the Area Caretaker on 020 7730 1630
