30-33 Sloane Street ‘tops out’
Following Sloane Street’s recent transformation into a grand, green boulevard, Cadogan’s investment continues with a £70mn development at 30-33 Sloane Street, near to Knightsbridge and with neighbours including Tom Ford, Valentino, Brunello Cucinelli and Chanel.
The elegant six-storey building is being redeveloped for Cadogan by Galliford Try, who marked a significant milestone with a ceremonial ‘topping out’ and final bolt tightening to mark the highest point of the building being constructed.
While the chic embellished Portland stone exterior is being retained and enhanced, to better contribute to the architectural character of the conservation area it sits within, the interior has been completely demolished and remodelled to create new retail units, office space and one of London’s most exciting new rooftop restaurants with al fresco terrace.
It is setting new standards of sustainable design and construction, reducing the buildings’ long-term environmental impact as Cadogan’s first Net Zero development. It is due for completion in 2027.
