Project Update: Transformation of Sloane Street and Sloane Square
Cadogan, in partnership with Kensington and Chelsea Council, completed a transformation of Sloane Street in 2025 to create a beautiful 1km green boulevard which ensures a more pleasurable pedestrian experience with significant impact on air quality and biodiversity.
The final phase of the £60 million public realm investment completed in early 2026 – enhancing Sloane Square as the gateway to Chelsea, including widened pavements, improved lighting, safer crossings and exciting new restaurants, including the newly opened Martino’s and soon to arrive
Brasserie Olivia.

Our Community
Stewardship and community are central to everything we do – our long-term commitment to Chelsea comes with responsibility to ensure we are contributing to a sustainable environment, protecting the area’s unique heritage and supporting a thriving community.
This includes a £90million decarbonisation programme; increasing greening and biodiversity and over £4.5million committed annually to community projects, including a £1.1million subsidy of keyworker and community housing.
We are also the Principal Supporter of The Kensington + Chelsea Foundation, covering the majority of running costs to ensure they most effectively reach grassroots initiatives across the Borough.
Project Update: Transformation of
The Gaumont
The Gaumont is a landmark £235 million development by Cadogan, located at the heart of London’s iconic King’s Road. The 220,000 sq. ft project comprises flagship fashion retail, an arthouse cinema, 'creative quarter’ for independents, office space, hospitality venues (including a rooftop bar with panoramic views, pub theatre) and significant public art installation on the building’s façade.
