We are proud to have been part of the community for 300 years

Stewardship and community are the watchwords of the Estate. Our long-term commitment comes with responsibility to ensure that we are making a positive contribution towards a sustainable environment, protecting the area’s unique heritage and supporting a thriving community.

Chelsea’s neighbourhood is vibrant and full of character.
Cadogan actively and regularly contributes to this thriving community – far beyond our immediate customers and employees.
We work closely with local groups, charities, educational and religious bodies as well as supporting local cultural attractions and hosting a programme of community events.

Our long-term approach means we naturally think of our
impact on future generations and seek to actively manage our
environmental footprint: from ensuring historical buildings are
as efficient as possible; to introducing the latest sustainable
tech, reducing waste and continuously seeking ways to reduce
energy consumption.

Conservation of the Estate’s rich heritage is essential. This
includes cyclical repair and maintenance of our existing
buildings following a strategic Conservation Management Plan,
preserving the past by using traditional skills and materials to
make sympathetic repairs – often restoring buildings to reflect
the original architectural intent, replacing missing features and
architectural detail.
