Chinese New Year
10 February
Celebrating the Year of the Dragon with a Chinese New Year themed edition of the Fine Food Market at Duke of York Square, with an afternoon of traditional family-friendly entertainment.
London Fashion Week
16 - 20 February and 12-14 September
Celebrating London Fashion Week's 40th anniversary with two City Wide Celebrations, expect tempting offers, discounts and experiences from some of the neighbourhood's most fashionable hotspots.
Chelsea in Bloom
20 - 26 May
The world-class floral art show and London’s largest and most prestigious free flower festival returns for 2024. Breath-taking floral displays will bring to life the 2024 theme of food, encapsulating celebrated foods from across the globe and famous foodie scenes and feasts from film, literature, history and art.
The Little Egg Hunt
18 March - 15 April
A trail of 12 giant eggs across the neighbourhood decorated by high-profile artists, raising awareness for charity, The Elephant Family. A fantastic activity for the entire family to enjoy this Easter.
Strawberries & Screen
12 - 14 July
Complimentary live screenings of the Wimbledon finals and men’s semi-finals at Duke of York Square. Enjoy tennis traditions of strawberries and cream, Champagne and Pimms whilst catching the action on the big screen. VIP deckchairs are available to reserve.
Chelsea Dog Day
5 October
One of London’s most dog-friendly neighbourhoods welcomes all four-legged friends and their humans to a day of canine celebrations. Expect a dog-themed market and a doggy fashion show, plus doggy entertainment in store and across the neighbourhood to enjoy.
Easter
23 March
An Easter edition of the Fine Food Market at Duke of York Square, with a surprise visit from the Easter Bunny.
Kensington & Chelsea Art Week
20 June - August
Returning for its seventh edition, enjoy a celebration of culture and creativity across the borough. With 2024’s theme, Changing Landscapes, visitors can enjoy a programme of unique events, experiences and public art.
ES Stories
19-21 September
A festival of modern storytelling, this year set in the heart of Chelsea. An inclusive celebration of the stories that connect us all with a programme of live interviews, panels, screenings and more.
Chelsea History Festival
25 - 27 September
Be entertained, educated and inspired through local, national and global history through an immersive programme of events, storytelling and performances.
Chelsea Awards
15 October
Celebrating and thanking the extraordinary individuals, businesses and iconic institutions that make Chelsea so special. Hundreds of nominations for the Chelsea Awards are made by all corners of the community as the passion of Chelsea’s community continues to shine.
Christmas Lights
Switch-On
16 November
Mark the start of the most magical time of year as Chelsea lights up for Christmas – enjoy entertainment roaming the neighbourhood and on the giant stage on the King’s Road, festive food and drink, tempting offers from your favourite brands and a visit from Father Christmas, before culminating in a spectacular fireworks display lighting up the Chelsea sky. There may even be a dusting of fresh snow.
