The awards were hotly contested, with displays evaluated by both RHS and Lifestyle Judges, resulting in 40 Golds, 57 Silvers and 19 Bronzes, announced at an awards ceremony on Tuesday evening.
Congratulations to all of this year’s winners, whose displays impressed the judges with their creativity, craftsmanship and ambitious interpretations of the theme.
While the judges have made their decisions, one final accolade remains. The People’s Champion Award, voted for by the public (here), is open until midnight on Thursday. With thousands of votes already cast, there is still time to have your say before the winner is announced on Friday morning.
Now in its 21st year, Chelsea in Bloom continues to go from strength to strength. Created by Cadogan in partnership with the Royal Horticultural Society, the festival brings the Chelsea Flower Show into the heart of the neighbourhood.
This year sees a record-breaking 150+ extraordinary floral displays, drawing inspiration from mythology and astrology to space travel, science fiction and celestial icons such as David Bowie. The breadth of creativity on display is nothing short of remarkable, with businesses, alongside local schools, churches and the wider community, creating a floral trail that is as diverse as it is dazzling.
Visitor numbers on the opening day were up 21% on last year, hinting that 2026 may be the busiest Chelsea in Bloom yet.
From celestial storytelling to cosmic spectacle, Chelsea once again proves itself truly out of this world.
Chelsea in Bloom runs until Sunday.
