A redevelopment to enhance the central section of the King’s Road, opposite Chelsea Town Hall.

The scheme will include flexible retail space, large pub, independent 600 seat (Curzon) cinema with improved disabled access and customer experience, an improved Waitrose store (we will keep Waitrose open throughout the works), 47 new homes (including affordable and market rent), high quality office space, and a rooftop bar providing a unique view across Chelsea and beyond.

The plans will restore the historic façade of the original art-deco Gaumont Theatre building, introducing the best of modern design in harmony with the heritage surroundings.

Work begins during the first week of April 2018 and construction is due to be finished in late 2021, with internal fit-out scheduled for completion in Spring 2022.
