Announcing the 2025 Chelsea Awards Winners
On the evening of 7 October, the fifth annual Chelsea Awards were held in the Great Hall at the Royal Hospital Chelsea – honouring and celebrating, in glittering company, the remarking individuals, businesses and iconic institutions who contribute to making Chelsea such a unique and special place.
Hundreds of nominations – the highest number to date – were submitted from across the community with the winners decided by a panel of local independent judges: Councillor Tom Bennett, The Mayor of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea; Lucy Cleland, founding editor of Country & Townhouse and co-founder of the Chelsea Arts Festival; Dr James Thompson, Chairman of The Chelsea Society and local resident; Victoria Steward-Todd, Director of the Kensington + Chelsea Foundation; and Hugh Seaborn, CEO of Cadogan.
Almost 400 members of all corners of the community, spanning residents, local business owners and cultural institutions, came together to celebrate this year’s winners. A raffle on the night raised funds for the Kensington + Chelsea Foundation.
Hugh Seaborn, CEO of Cadogan, commented, ‘With more nominations than ever before, this year’s awards reaffirm the significance of community in all that we do and it was a privilege to celebrate together in the Royal Hospital, synonymous with Chelsea for over 300 years.’
