Cadogan Concierge is a complimentary service, available to many Cadogan customers who live and work in the area as part of their lease with us. It was created to assist with the demands of daily life, while inspiring members to explore and experience the rich culture, fashion & dining that Chelsea offers. From a complimentary Concierge service, to regular events for the business community, we are proud to have so many long-lasting relationships which helps to build a strong sense of community across the neighbourhood.

Our local print, digital and social channels ensure that we keep audiences across the Estate informed and connected. From Sloane Square magazine, to Cadogan VIP and destination websites, newsletters and social feeds, each works independently to reach over 400,000 locally and beyond, keeping followers up to date and creating continual reasons to enjoy the local area, or visit Chelsea.

Your feedback and comments are essential to ensure that we are continually able to improve. To achieve this, we have partnered with RealService (a leading independent customer experience consultancy) on a Customer Feedback Framework, designed following extensive research and help from many existing customers. This ensures we receive live feedback at key stages of our customers’ experience with Cadogan, allowing us to listen and react swiftly – continually shaping and improving the customer experience.
