The Estate
Our long history in the area shapes our values today and provides the foundation upon which we manage a modern and distinctive portfolio of property. We are committed to investing in the long-term success of Chelsea, preserving the rich heritage and identity that make it unique.
The Chelsea Estate
Our Portfolio
The Cadogan portfolio is geographically concentrated, enabling a holistic management approach to ensure Chelsea is an exciting and compelling destination for visitors and residents.
Today, the Estate comprises around 300 shops, over 3,000 flats and houses, 35 restaurants/cafes, 12 hotels, 500,000 sq ft office space, cultural venues including Cadogan Hall and the Saatchi Gallery and a dozen private gardens spanning 15 acres.
Our Hotels
Our directly operated hotel portfolio is carefully developed to offer distinctive hospitality experiences for locals and international guests alike, with eight multiple award-winning boutique hotels and serviced apartments managed by carefully selected partners.
Highlights include the creation of ‘At Sloane’ in partnership with feted hotelier Jean-Louis Costes as his first hotel outside France; LVMH owned Belmond who manage The Cadogan Hotel on Sloane Street, a richly historic property renowned for its association with Oscar Wilde; The Beaverbrook Town House as the colourful city outpost of their sprawling Surrey estate and Iconic Luxury Hotels who operate The Chelsea Townhouse and 11 Cadogan Gardens.
Our recent Awards:

Beaverbrook Town House The Cadogan Hotel
In 2004, Cadogan transformed a disused place of worship into a world-class music venue to create a community gathering place, safeguard a characterful Listed building and celebrate Chelsea’s artistic and musical heritage. We continue to subsidise what is now one of London’s leading concert venues and home to the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, as well as hosting a lively programme of theatre and debate. A significant community outreach programme includes a partnership with Nucleo, a charity dedicated to empowering young people through music.
