London Craft Week
Sloane Street Series: Art of Craftsmanship
12th – 18th May 2025
This year, London Craft Week celebrates the artistry and craftsmanship embodied by the newly transformed Sloane Street – from the meticulously designed streetscape crafted from the finest materials, to its rich heritage and the stories of its makers. This same spirit continues along its length, in the flagship stores of global luxury brands and international hotels, where exceptional skill, provenance, and creative excellence are woven into every product and every brand story.
Sloane Street has long been a destination for global luxury, and following a landmark £46-million transformation—the most significant since the street was first commissioned by the 1st Earl Cadogan in the 18th century—it enters a new era. This renewed streetscape pairs timeless elegance with thoughtful modern design, reinforcing Sloane Street’s status as one of London’s most refined and distinctive shopping destinations.
The transformation celebrates craftsmanship at every turn. Warm Yorkstone pavements, carefully curated planting, and bespoke lighting inspired by the nearby Arts & Crafts landmark, Holy Trinity Church, reflect a deep commitment to detail and design integrity.
London Craft Week presents a curated programme inviting visitors to engage with the exceptional skill behind the brands that call Sloane Street home.
Alongside architect-led tours offering behind-the-scenes insight into the transformation, discover refined shoemaking techniques at Ferragamo led by an expert Italian artisan; enjoy an evening of diamond craftsmanship at Jessica McCormack; gain insight into Gucci’s enduring legacy of silk artistry, and understand the artisanal excellence behind FENDI’s Selleria craftsmanship – plus more from Louis Vuitton, Emilia Wickstead, Temperley London, L’Objet, …At Sloane and others.
At every step, Sloane Street offers a rare opportunity to explore the creative excellence and enduring artistry at the heart of luxury.
