The 5-storey Victorian townhouse underwent a major conversion and remodelling into three duplex apartments, undertaken by lead contactor Hutton Construction and completed in March 2018.  Situated in a conservation area, the building had formerly been used as a hotel.

The Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) is a non-profit making, independent organisation, dedicated to encouraging best practice in the construction industry with stringent monitoring on five core aspects – appearance, community, environment, safety and workforce. Each aspect is scored on a scale on 1-10, with top marks being awarded to exceptional and innovative practices or thinking, which advances the expectations of the construction industry and CCS code of considerate practice.

32 Sloane Gardens scored particularly highly in relation to consideration of neighbours, welfare of its operators and sustainability, including the sensitive reinstatement of original features and achieving exceptionally high BREEAM and EPC ratings for a historic building in a conservation area.
