Shaping a 21st century Chelsea
Cadogan is a family business, property manager, investor and developer. We own and manage an extraordinary property portfolio of retail, residential, office, cultural and community assets in Chelsea and Knightsbridge. Our long heritage provides a remarkable foundation upon which to base a contemporary, forward looking and dynamic business able to anticipate and respond swiftly to the changing needs of its customers and markets.
Community Grant Programme
Cadogan launched the Community Grant Programme in partnership with the Kensington + Chelsea Foundation, to support local not-for-profit initiatives that aim to enhance the environment, foster community spirit, promote health and wellbeing, and support the arts and culture in Chelsea.
Keyworker Portfolio
Cadogan commits over £1.1million each year to subsidise affordable, community and keyworker housing. This ensures that many people, including local teachers, nurses and police officers, can afford to live at the heart of the community to which they make such a valuable contribution.
Local Skills and Employment
In 2020, we created the role of Employment Opportunities Co-Ordinator (EOC) – jointly funded in partnership with Kensington and Chelsea Council. The role is dedicated to working proactively with local businesses to support their recruitment requirements, while creating opportunities for local residents.
The Cadogan Charity
As a shareholder of the business, the Cadogan Charity receives 4.15% of Cadogan’s dividends, totalling over £13 million in the last five years. It is managed by the Cadogan family and chaired by Lord Cadogan, separately from business operations and grants donations to both local and national charities
