BREEAM Award Winners 2018

126 Pavilion Road has been recognised for its innovative environmental approach, winning the ‘Homes – Post Construction’ category at the international BREEAM 2018 awards.

The historic 19th Century former mews house has been transformed into a future proofed, ultra-low energy home. The awards, in partnership with ecobuild, recognise the world’s most exceptional sustainable places and projects each year. With its impressively high BREEAM score for the refurbishment of a period property, and potential for its solutions to be replicated across the portfolio and beyond, the judges described this as an outstanding project.
