Chelsea is open for essential retail, virtual shopping appointments, takeaway food and click and collect services only

As we enter Tier 4, our top priority continues to be supporting the community and local businesses which make Chelsea so special.

Our recently launched complimentary e-cargo bike delivery service continues – to help beat the constraints of online cut off delivery times, it will remain live until Christmas Eve.

Many shops continue to have dedicated staff in-store to fulfil last minute shopping needs with virtual gift consultations, over the phone sales and ‘Click and Collect’, enabling customers to shop locally from the comfort of their own home.

Many of our restaurants remain open for home delivery services – please visit our destination Instagram handles for the latest information: @dukeofyorksquare, @pavilionroad, @kingsroad.london and @sloanestreetsw1

Our heartfelt thanks to the many local businesses for their collective resilience in adapting to the latest government guidelines – and to the community for their continued support. We would also like to thank all of our staff and partners who continue to work across the Estate during this challenging time.

We look forward to welcoming visitors back again in the new year, but in the meantime we wish you a safe and peaceful Christmas.
